Shanni embarked on a journey of self-discovery and professional growth after graduating from university in 2021. In early 2022, Shanni decided to leave the direct sales industry in search of something with greater purpose. This drove her to venture into the life insurance industry, strengthened with a desire for personal growth to overcome her weaknesses.

Guided by Jace, a mentor who recognised her potential for personal development, Shanni joined Above & Beyond Partners. Known for its nurturing and warm environment, the support and patience extended by the team made each day a delight, as Shanni eagerly embraced the opportunity to learn.

Shanni found meaningfulness in touching people’s hearts through her work, and engaging with diverse individuals allowed Shanni to learn, grow, and make a positive impact on their lives. This sense of fulfilment became a driving force in Shanni’s journey.

Shanni had the privilege of emceeing for an Above & Beyond Partners’ event—an experience which increased Shanni’s confidence and also exposed her to organising successful events. This opportunity proved transformative, enhancing Shanni’s skill set and opening new doors for future growth.

Looking ahead, Shanni’s goal is to acquire her first car through her own hard work, something she has always dreamed of as a child. With boundless possibilities on the horizon, Shanni is excited to continue on her journey of personal and professional development.
