Ray joined the business immediately after his Full-Time National Service. It could have been a very different story, as he was initially set for a role in a Facility Management company while undertaking a Part-Time Degree course. 

Giving up the traditional route for an entirely different career was a bold move and it has certainly been the right move as it paid off handsomely for him. The synergy in the team, guidance, mentorship and system from Above and Beyond Partners was the key in embarking this journey. 

Fast forward till date since 2018, Ray is a MDRT Qualifier (2022, 2023), Premier Bronze Qualifier (2023), Star Club (2019, 2021, 2022), Quality Club Elite (2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022), and lastly Life Club Bronze Award (2022). Additionally to his individual awards, Ray is also constantly giving back to the Agency by providing his wealth of knowledge as one of the in-house Academy Trainers and mentoring rookies towards MDRT as a MDRT Mentor.
