After his education at NUS, Leonard made a radical decision to leave his field of study to dive into the realm of financial services. Since the past, Leonard has always yearned for freedom. This opportunity presented itself to him several times during his career search after his graduation.

As an introvert, Leonard was sceptical about going into a front end sales career. After rejecting a few opportunities initially, he took a leap of faith after a fateful meeting with Jace, his mentor. After a conversation with the up and coming leader, Leonard decided to trust in Jace and joined as one of the pioneering members of Above & Beyond Partners. 

Today, Leonard is an integral part of the Above & Beyond Partners family. He has always committed to helping the team in any way he could. As the head of the technology department, a co-head of the A&B Academy, as well as a supporting member of a few other portfolios, Leonard continues to give back to the very team which supported his career from the first day. To him, this commitment is part of the very culture of Above & Beyond Partners which separates the team from others.

While Leonard is still building up his personal business in the industry, he is also aiming to move up to management in the near future. In this way, he feels he will be at an even stronger position to grow at both the personal and professional level. This will also allow his career to come back a full circle, to groom a new generation to continue the legacy of Above & Beyond Partners.
