Having graduated from university and served in the army, Jace entered the life insurance industry as his first career back in 2012. Due to his introversion, family and friends were initially surprised and cautious about his decision to become a wealth manager.

After securing numerous awards and several promotions, not to mention developing his confidence as a public speaker (eventually addressing live audiences of thousands on a regular basis), Jace rose to the rank of Wealth Director in near-record time.

Today, Jace is a veteran of the financial industry. He is passionate about developing effective strategies and proven systems to guide his wealth managers and lead them to success. He has mentored several Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) achievers at Above & Beyond Partners.
