A&B Academy

A&B Academy is a specially crafted programme developed for both new and aspiring wealth managers of Above & Beyond Partners to accelerate their success by equipping them with the necessary skill sets for financial planning and they can be rest assured that they will be in good hands through our tested and proven system.

Basic Academy Programme

To kick start as a wealth manager, our new candidates attend our in-house Basic Foundation Training carefully designed to equip with the knowledge and develop the right skill sets effective for prospecting and client acquisition.

All new and aspiring wealth managers are only considered to have completed the programme after a vigorous evaluation.

Advanced Academy

With our wide range of available services, all new wealth managers will be equipped with additional skills and knowledge in our Advanced Academy program.

After this short program, all wealth managers of Above and Beyond Partners are able to share to all prospective clients the full range of services available.

Level-Up

We are committed to provide additional workshops and training to help our existing wealth managers broaden their knowledge to enhance their careers and bring their skills to another level, allowing all new and old wealth managers to continue to level up their expertise.

Mentorship

For any wealth managers who aspire to breakthrough to their first Million Dollar Round Table(MDRT) achievement, Above & Beyond Partners’ mentorship programme is on hand. This programme pairs an existing MDRT qualifier to an aspiring MDRT aspirant as a direct mentor. This arrangement allows for any aspirant to be able to work closely with their mentor to pick up skills and activities needed. The selfless sharing by the MDRT mentors ensure that aspirants will never be lost as to what they need to do.

A&B System

Here at Above & Beyond Partners, we have a self-built system, called the MDRT Builder. This system acts as both a coaching tool as well as a customer relationship management(CRM) system, allowing all wealth managers in Above & Beyond Partners to build towards their MDRT.
The system assists all wealth managers by allowing all leads from every source to be consolidated and managed by the MDRT Builder. In addition, activity and case studies of individual wealth managers can be tracked and kept as an easy to access record for easier and prompt coaching.
